Please help keep the space sacred by observing the following:

1. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your 1st class.
2. Please, no perfumes or other scents, some people are allergic.
3. No cell phones or pagers in the space.
4. Remove shoes upon entering.
5. Please notify instructor of any injuries or other health concerns.
6. Please do not enter or leave during meditation or savasana.
7. Bring an empty stomach and an open mind.
